Browser Problems?

There are dozens of web browsers and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) sets the standards for internet browsing. This web site is compliant with HTML 4.01 Strict and CSS level 2. Most browsers should display all of the pages of the site correctly; unfortunately, some do not. The following is a list of known browser bugs or features that may affect how this web site is displayed.

Missing scrollbars
Mostly affects: IE5 on Mac
Can also affect: Mozilla on Windows
When the browser window is too small to hold all the content at a particular screen resolution, the browser is supposed to paint scrollbars to allow the user to see all of the content. Under certain conditions some browsers fail to do this.
